Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update after shipment.

If you don’t see updates immediately, don’t worry — your package is still on its way.

🚫 Delays, Lost, or Missing Packages

Laza Mart LLC is not liable for shipping delays caused by the carrier, natural disasters, or holidays.
If your order is delayed beyond 30 business days, please contact us — we’ll help investigate and resolve the issue.

If tracking shows your order as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it:

  1. Check your mailbox, porch, or with neighbors.

  2. Contact your local post office.

  3. If still not found, email us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

🔁 Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship your order once the correct address and reshipping fee are provided.
